Prince Teren is Kandide's younger brother. Born a prankster, he is a wanna be wizard in need of training. There is nothing Teren likes better than using his magic to play tricks on Kandide. He can often be found in the Royal Library reading books on magic and spell-binding.
Jake
Jake lives in the Chateau in the Mists. He is an Imperfect who was sent away from Calabiyau when he lost his feet fighting in the Clan Wars. He's in love with Kandide, though both of them are too stubborn to admit how much they care about each other. Ari is a magnificent golden-eyed wolf who lives in the Mists and protects Imperfects when they are sent there.

Lord Rossi is from the Wisdom clan. He is quite possibly the Fee's greatest historian. Having written several books about Fee and Banshee history, Rossi also documents current activities of Calabiyau. He is also chairs the High Council.

Lady Batony
Lady Batony is a member of Calabiyau's High Council. She is from the Music Clan, and her voice is hypnotic in its beauty. Even the wild songbirds listen when she sings. Her intentions, however, are another matter. Though she often appears to be silly and frivolous, there is a vengeance burning inside her that won't be extinguished until she gets revenge. Lady Batony will stop at nothing to right the wrongs she feels Kandide's family has inflicted upon her.
